Since that clip went up I have had an opportunity to review the Disaster in Hawaii more thoroughly.
And it appears no matter how you look at it, to be an Unmitigated Disaster of epic proportions! clearly there were a lot of different things which make it worse, not the least of which is that apparently children were out of school, parents were at work, no early warning sirens, no water being allowed, police preventing cars from leaving, etc.
At least 1,100 souls are still missing (mostly children, apparently). And the Rumors and suppositions are flying already.
I have seen stories alleging Laser attack, Land Grabs, even accounts of major fire fights between Marines and FEMA.
I'm sorry but I am afraid this is going to become a full fledged Conspiracy theory before its done, and we may never know the answer.
I'd say there is nothing we can do for them but offer our sorrows and best wishes! Because it is an Island aid must come from the local area, and or from federal and state assistance.
We cannot just load up trucks with aide and drive them there.
