Democratic Sen. Tammy Duckworth says National Guard is "not needed" in Chicago.

Listen for yourself, see how many weasel words she uses and how! I particularly notice how she claims extreme actions are being taken by ICE and the Government, yet never addresses or presents any specific facts or instances to support her claims.
